Biography
Denise Kermode joined Black Powder Search as Chief Administrative Officer in 2023, taking on all organizational, logistical and personnel resource functions for the firm.
Denise brings over 25 years of finance experience, most recently at Canaccord Genuity, where she worked directly with the Global Head of Securities and the securities desk heads for over 15 years. Prior to Canaccord Genuity she developed her skills as an executive assistant at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, where she was promoted to Vice President working with senior executives.
Denise is actively involved in charitable organizations, coordinating events and projects for Steer for Student Athletes and the Special Operators Transition Foundation.
