- Nothing is published without consent. Every profile here exists because the candidate agreed to it in writing, and we record when and how.
- No names, no current employers, no units. Profiles describe capability and target role. The identifying detail stays in our system.
- Withdrawal is immediate and unconditional. A candidate who wants their profile down gets it down, no reason required.
- Placed candidates come down. A profile that is still up is a person who is still available.
