Employer portal
Your own window into the talent pool.
Approved employers get a private, branded portal: the veterans we have available, a shortlist you control, and a straight line to an introduction. Your team sees one place instead of a thread of forwarded résumés.
How access works
Four steps, and one of them is a signature.
- 01
You request access
Tell us who you are and what you are hiring for. It takes a minute, and a person reads it.
- 02
We approve the account
We review every request by hand. We are a retained and contingent search firm, not a job board, so the pool is not open to everyone.
- 03
You sign the agreement
Site use and fees, in full, on screen. An account owner accepts it — we record who signed, when, and exactly what they were shown. Nothing opens until this is done.
- 04
Your portal opens
A workspace of your own, branded to you, showing available veteran talent. Shortlist people, request introductions, and track each one through to a hire.
We are explicit about step 3 because it is the part most portals bury. You see the full agreement, including fees, before anything opens — and you will not be asked to agree to terms you cannot read on the page in front of you.
What you get
Inside your portal
The available pool
Every veteran we currently represent, searchable by clearance, function, seniority and location.
A shortlist your team shares
Save candidates, add notes, and move each one through saved, introduced, interviewing, offer, hired.
Introductions on request
One click tells us who you want to meet. We confirm the fit and make the introduction directly.
Your branding
Your logo, your accent color, your hiring brief at the top — so your own stakeholders recognize it as yours.
Engagement models available through the portal: Retained search · Contingent search · Outsourced recruiting
Next step
Tell us the role. We will tell you who is already ready for it.
An onboarding call with our COO and the lead recruiter, and you will know within the week whether the person you need is already in our pool.
