# Tal Bruno

Business Development

Tal joined Black Powder Search in 2023 and leads new business development, identifying partnerships between veterans and partner firms.

Prior to Black Powder Search, Tal was Vice President of Business Development at Intent, where he scaled business operations and expanded the company's market presence. Before that he worked at Torc, a SaaS platform connecting companies with freelance developers, where he led business development and established key client relationships. Earlier in his career he worked in talent acquisition at a boutique firm specializing in building go-to-market teams for startup SaaS companies.

Tal earned his bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse team.
