Sean founded The Locke Group in 2003 and brings more than two decades of search and advisory experience for front-office teams in alternative investments, asset management and investment banking.

His network and approach give clients access to market intelligence and leading talent. Sean guides search strategy and execution across practice areas and mentors search consultants.

Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College.
