consent and kept deliberately anonymous. Names, current employers and units stay

Candidates are published here only with their consent, and they come down the
moment they are placed — so an empty list means a good quarter, not an empty

## How we handle these profiles

- **Nothing is published without consent.** Every profile here exists because the candidate agreed to it in writing, and we record when and how.
- **No names, no current employers, no units.** Profiles describe capability and target role. The identifying detail stays in our system.
- **Withdrawal is immediate and unconditional.** A candidate who wants their profile down gets it down, no reason required.
- **Placed candidates come down.** A profile that is still up is a person who is still available.
